Our history
 
In 1987, Patrick and Martine Satre bought the church, unsold since 7 years. After major restorations, greeted for their respect of the cultural inheritance, the restaurant Le Temps des Cerises opens its doors on September 18.

In 1992, the establishment won Les Grands Prix du Tourisme in Eastern Township.
 
1995 will see the inauguration of the terrace.

In 2001, a second Grands Prix du Tourisme honoured the work of all the team, the price of  the catering development.
 

In 2002, after the effervescence caused by the construction of Magnola, the restaurant will launch a new service. Since five years, the cooking classes are more and more popular and this activity well settled, joined regional customers and congressmen during their stay in the Eastern Township or Bois-Francs.

In 2005, a very marginal production of the restaurant grew up. A broad range of marinades and jams is distributed in some delicatessens : Marché des saveurs Jean-Talon, Brie et Cie in Knowlton,… the restaurant produces also the line of product Gourmet, a brand of bakeries Au Pain Doré.

2007, the year of 20th anniversary started with major restorations. The regional craftsmen contributed to make the restaurant more attractive. France and Jocelyn of the Jardins des Lumières de l'Avenir created new diodes lighting with a small console adapting environment
to the events. Patrick Poisson designed, in his ironwork of art workshop,
a neo-gothic structure of almost 4m which pays homage to the architectural
